Buying the right insurance is important. However, the hardest part other than buying the right insurance is finding a suitable agent who can be transparent with you.
Which I am glad I got to know Wil-son, he takes the effort and time to explain and chart up a comparison between products which is helpful.
It is a privilege to have him as my insurance agent. I will recommend people who are keen in insurance to look for him. | | | | Sally Lim Finance Executive Client since 2017 Be frank, I have never like financial planner becos after signing up plan with them, i don’t see or hear from them.
It is like a one time business. But meeting Wil-son, he given me an impression of he really does care of what I really need and not what he needs for the figures to hit his quota.
Wil-son is friendly, approachable and really a good listener. I will highly recommend him to whoever I know is in need.
Thank you Wil-son and wish he is always loved and trusted by all his clients and growth in his career.
Huat Huat Huat!!!! | | | | Chang Kai-Hsun QA Engineer Having known Wil-son for a few years, he is very friendly and helpful at whatever occasion I had seen. Recently he approached me for a chat and reviewed my policies. He came just at the right moment, as I plan to make use of my CPF.
The way he delivered his comments and suggestions, was very calm and polite, just like a friend who is recommending some of his good purchase in a very professional way.
Apart from giving introduction on the wealth protection schemes, he also patiently gives suggestion to maximize my guaranteed wealth growth before considering any CPF investment plans from him, I find it very knowledgeable and useful.
He put himself in my shoes and give suggestion that would be the most beneficial for me, and when he is giving introductions to a policy, there is not a feel that he want you to buy that, and I hope that I can meet more agents with those kind of characteristic.
I am glad to have him as my agent. Thank you!! | | | | Mango Tan Supportive client and wife Wil-son is my husband and also our family's financial strategist.
To be honest, I do not like "insurance agents" although I was one myself some years back. I remember how agents always go into telling me how it would be great to start a savings regime and I agree. However, what they didn't tell me is I should probably get a medical plan first so in any event I'm hospitalized, I do not have to burden my family with any medical costs.
My husband believes in starting right with insurance and he helps people manage their money so that having insurance does not becomes a liability.
He feels that people could leverage on insurance to spread their economic risks with the right planning and save them from any unnecessary stress and worries, allowing them to focus on the people they love when they need them.
I would say his value comes from planning with me and not for me. | | | | Wai Fong Retiree Client since 2020 2020 has been a trying year for everyone with the ongoing pandemic, and more so for me. In August 2020, I was unexpectedly hospitalized for the first time in my life (besides pregnancy and childbirth, that is) for appendicitis. I was distressed over my health and hit by the realization that I did not have a hospital plan that could cover my hospital bills.
Given my age, I was also unsure on whether insurance companies would be willing to provide me with the adequate coverage. I was then introduced to Wil-son by my daughter, who went the extra mile to search and analyze insurance policies, before patiently explaining and recommending the most appropriate coverage for me.
I am much appreciative for the patience and support rendered by Wil-son during this difficult period and his sincerity and genuine concern towards his clients.
To me, he is not an agent, but a trusted family friend. | | | | Juay Puay Yong Non-Executive Director Wil-son is very sincere and patient. Rather than pressuring me to take on new plans, he give his neutral opinion and advise accordingly based on what he understands about our family needs and priorities.
Every time I reach out to him on queries that I have, he will definitely check on it and get the answers to me.
Though I do not know him for long, he is definitely someone whom I will look for and trust should I need any advice on financial planning! | | | | |
